We manufacture and install the AGB MONO PELLET 500 kW or AGB MONO PELLET 300 kW container-type boiler rooms with a pellet-fuelled boiler plant, pellet storage space and equipment.
Container-type boiler rooms are composed of two parts. The boiler part contains the heating boiler, ash discharge system, exhaust gas system and automatic electronic control. The fuel storage part contains two bunkers for pellet storage (10 m³) with maintenance and operation equipment and the screw conveyor for feeding the fuel, which moves the pellets to the pellet burner. The fuel bunker is designed to be filled using bulk bags or by a pneumatic transporter. The bulk bags are lifted to the bunker fuel-feeding hatches by a crane.
The AGB MONO/PELLET industrial hot water boiler plant series is used for low-cost and eco-friendly heat production. This boiler plant uses hard fuel: 6–8 cm pellets with humidity up to 10%. This boiler plants in this series consist of two combined main parts: the one-way furnace and the two-way horizontal boiler situated above the furnace.
A heat carrier (water) is applied to certain areas in order to protect the most important parts of the furnace from overheating (the outermost ends of the furnace) and to improve the energy conversion efficiency. The heat carrier is fed through the lower part of the boiler plant and is discharged through the upper part of the convective part of the boiler. The flow of heat carrier is directed towards the part of the furnace which is being cooled, then it flows through the lower part of the boiler to the convective part of the boiler, providing efficient cooling to all the thermally stressed surfaces.

The fuel is fed into the automatic burner via a screw conveyor (type AGB VT) for initiating the burning process. The burning chamber of the furnace is equipped with a moving grate system and is lined with refractory brick, which ensures complete burning of the pellets. The ash accumulates in the funnel-shaped base of the furnace floor during the burning process. Then, the conveyor moves the ash into the ash container. The furnace is equipped with two air pressuriser fans and a control system which controls the fuel burning process and ensures the maximum efficiency of the boiler plant.
The multicyclone operates on the centrifugal principle. The exhaust gas is filtered in small cyclones, causing the heavier constituents (ash, soot) to separate and flow into the lower part of the multicyclone, in which the container is equipped with rotating mills that automatically transport the ash into the ash container via a screw conveyor. After the filtration, the exhaust gas is sucked into the middle part of the fan rotor.
The exhaust gas fan operates on the centrifugal principle. Exhaust gas is sucked into the middle part of the rotor and is blown into the exhaust pipe leading outside the boiler room.
The container-type boiler room is equipped with the automatic ash discharge system. The ash is moved from the boiler plant into the ash storage container by the ash discharge screw conveyor. The ash is removed from the ash container manually. The transporter system is operated via automatic electronic control.
